Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent culminating in the impugned order dated 14.11.2014 made in CST No.82029/2009-10 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to remand the assessment to the year 2009-10 under the CST No.820926/2009-10 of the petitioner and cause such determination, taking into account the Form 'F' and 'C' and such other records and pass such final determination within a time frame.
