ORDER

The petitioner has been convicted in a criminal proceedings initiated by the person against him under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The petitioner had earlier challenged the order suspending the petitioner in W.P.Nos.11871 & 11874 of 2021 dated 13.05.2021. An Interim order has been obtained by the petitioner on 11.06.2021. 2.This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 30.04.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate order. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondent to pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
