By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. On 09.09.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent, seeking allotment of a house. As there was no response from the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent, to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
