The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as on date, the petitioner is not found an accused in this case.

2. In view of the above submissions, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. However, the amount involved in this case is more than Rs.500 Crores, hence the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate for enquiry.
