This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15244 of 2022 on 01.07.2022 to appear before the Inspector of Police, Hosur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30.p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial Court twice daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
