ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner was married to a certain Dhanavairam, and this marriage was dissolved. However, according to the petitioner, when they were together, they purchased a property jointly in their names. Now, the said Dhanavairam's brother, the second respondent has created a false death certificate as if Dhanavairam has died, in order to take possession of her share of the property.

3.Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 4.

4.This Court merely directs the first respondent to hold an enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2023, to ascertain if Dhanavairam had actually died or still alive and dispose of the same. 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
