Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2019 and further direct the first to fourth respondents to rectify the FMB & Sketch and to issue fresh patta for the petitioner's full extent of land measuring 53 cents (extent of 29 cents in survey No.13/2B and an extent of 24 cents in survey No.12/1B) Maduraipakkam Village, Thambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2019 and further direct the first to fourth respondents to rectify the FMB & Sketch and to issue fresh patta for the petitioner's full extent of land measuring 53 cents (extent of 29 cents in survey No.13/2B and an extent of 24 cents in survey No.12/1B) Maduraipakkam Village, Thambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2019 and, after giving him opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
