ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 07.04.2015 requesting the Inspector of Police to bring about an amicable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
settlement between his wife and himself. The complaint does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence. If the petitioner wants to have conjugal relationship with his wife, he should have to approach the Family Court for restitution of conjugal rights.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
