This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 20.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
