COMMON PRAYER : Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the orders of the 4th respondent in Claim Petition Nos.819/08 & 821/08 dated 29.1.2010 passed under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Industrial and Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act 1981 as confirmed in the orders passed in W.P. (MD) No.2653 of 2013 dated 25.8.2014 to absorb the petitioner in the 1st respondent Corporation as permanent employee on completion of 480 days service with all consequential and other attendant benefits based on the representations submitted by the
petitioners dated 20.11.2015 & 07.10.2015 respectively, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioners seek for implementation of the orders passed by the fourth respondent in Claim Petition Nos.819/08 & 821/08 dated 29.1.2010, passed under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Industrial and Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act 1981 as confirmed by the orders passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.2653 of 2013 dated 25.8.2014 to absorb the petitioners in the first respondent Corporation as permanent employees on completion of 480 days service with all consequential and other attendant benefits based on the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 20.11.2015 & 07.10.2015 respectively. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that as against order passed in the Writ Petitions, Writ Appeals have been filed and one such Writ Appeal being W.A.
(MD) No.339 of 2015 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madurai Bench has granted an order of interim stay. 4.In the light of the above, the Writ Petitions are closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their rights in the pending writ appeals before the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Maduri Bench of this Court.
