J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Advocate General states that the interim orders are enuring for the benefit of the appellant and since seven years have passed since the writ petitions were filed, the appropriate course of action would be to have the writ petitions themselves heard.
2.We would agree with the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, but in the absence of the second respondents' counsel, we would not like to pass any specific directions. We are of the view that these appeals can be disposed of with the direction that the interim order would continue to enure for the benefit of the appellant as passed on 30.04.2010 till the disposal of the writ petitions. 3.Writ Appeals, accordingly, stand disposed of.
