This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.03.2015 and registered in CSR No.118/J12PS/2015 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.04.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
