ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.429 of 2009 in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. It is seen that FIR has been registered as early as in the year 2009 and till date, the final report has not been filed. Hence, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, with due intimation to the defacto complainant.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
