This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner, the Commissioner, Sathyamangalam Municipality, Sathyamangalam, Erode District, as further respondent in the writ petition.

2.It had been stated in the affidavit that the petitioner herein is a necessary party since, the writ petitioner is claiming benefit based on the regularization made by the petitioner herein.

3.In view of that particular fact, the petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry may carry out necessary amendment by impleading the the Commissioner, Sathyamangalam Municipality, Sathyamangalam, Erode District, as the 3rd respondent in the writ petition.

5.The affidavit filed in support of this petition shall be treated as a counter affidavit.

6.List the matter once again on 09.08.2023.
