Crl.M.P.No.8448 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23505 of 2021 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.4, imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1562 of 2022 dated 14.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23505 of 2021 that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.3 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, and the next hearing date is on 11.07.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1562 of 2022 dated 14.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23505 of 2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, on 11.07.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
