[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J.] The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to register the members of the petitioner Sangam as Vendors and grant them licenses to hawk in NSC Bose Road or any other appropriate area with adequate facilities, in the light of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel

for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned to work out their remedy.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
