When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that FIR in Crime No.242 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioners.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above fact, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
