Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the order in Na.Ka.10911/2020/NMP.1 dated 30.09.2020, and to quash the same to the limited extent of SI.No.10 of the list of vacancies of Cook Assistant in Vembakkam Union as vacant as on 01.11.2017, and to issue consequential direction to respondent 1 to 3 to allow the petitioner to continue as Cook Assistant in the center at Panchayat Union Elementary School Cheyyanur Venbakkam Union, Tiruvannamalai District and to pass such further orders.
