ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to investigate the Crime No.119/2014 and file charge sheet before the appropriate learned Judicial Magistrate, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.Taking into the consideration of the nature of allegations, this court directs the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a final report before the appropriate Court. The Superintendent of Police, Villupuram District shall monitor the investigation as the case relates to theft of Panchaloha Idol.
