Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Declaration declaring (i) Clause 28 Schedule - III, Rule 11 of the Rules of Legal Education 2008, which limits the age of seeking admission into a stream of three year LLB Degree Course in law to 30 years; and (ii) the eighth respondent's Admission Notification dated 11.08.2015 calling for application from eligible candidates for admission to three year LLB Course by prescribing the maximum age limit as 30 years, as ultra vires and unconstitutional.
