This writ petition has been filed to restraining the respondents 3 and 4 from illegally supporting respondents 6 to 8 in their attempts to take forcible possession of the property measuring an extent of 1.47 acres comprised in S.No.116/3, an extent of 1.48 acres and another extent 2.93 acres comprised in S.No.117, New Sub Division as S.No.117/1, an extent 2.08 acres comprised in S.No.100/2A, an extent 0.20 acres comprised in S.No.145/2B of Baliganapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, an extent 4.31 acres comprised in S.No.35, New Sub Division No.35/2 and an extent 0.69 acres comprised in S.No.34 of Idipalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, pending civil dispute between the respondents 5 to 9 and petitioner in OS.No.190 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Hosur further directing the 9th respondent not to register any document relating to the above said properties pending resolution of civil dispute.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission of this Court to close this petition with liberty to look out their issues before the competent civil Court and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.
