CRP.No.2398 of 2022 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., This Civil Revision Petition was filed by the Defendants under Article 227 of Constitution of India seeking direction to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.193/2017, at the earliest.

2. Accordingly, this Court by Order dated 01.08.2022 directed the learned trial Judge, learned Second Additional District Judge, Tiruppur District to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.193/2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The learned First Additional District Judge holding full additional charge of the learned Second Additional District Judge, Tiruppur in her letter in D.No.955/2022 dated 15.12.2022 had requested further time of four months. In the same, it has been stated that the Order copy of this Court was received on 13.09.2022. The Plaintiffs were not ready with the trial, instead sought adjournments on 18.10.2022, 27.10.2022, 08.11.2022, 14.11.2022. On 21.11.2022, Plaintiffs were present in Court and sought time for change of Counsel. Accordingly, time was granted. On 1/3

28.11.2022, new Counsel filed Petition under Order VI Rule 17 Civil Procedure Code which was numbered as I.A.No.2/2022 and the counter filed by the Defendants and the case was posted on 23.12.2022. In the light of the above developments, the learned First Additional District Judge holding full additional charge of learned Second Additional District Judge, Tiruppur had sought further time of six months. Accordingly, the further time of six months is granted.
