2.This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari seeking to interfere with the order of the 3 rd respondent by which order, the rd respondent had cancelled the name of the petitioner in the property tax receipts.

3.It is represented on behalf of the respondents that the property tax receipts are being issued only in the name of the petitioner. 2/4

4.In view of the same, the relief sought has become infructuous and hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
