ORDER

The Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, (i)to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.913 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. (ii)To transfer the FIR pending in Crime no.913 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent for investigation. 2.On instructions, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), would submit that already investigation has been completed and and the final report was also filed before the NDPS Court, Chennai.

3.In view of the above submission, the relief sought for in these petitions have become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
