Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent police to register a case against the offenders on the basis of the CSR issued in No.25/2015 by the 1st respondent-Police and also on the basis of the statement recorded from the victim at the Government General Hospital, Chennai and on the basis of the further written complaint lodged with the 2nd and 3rd respondent through registered post and take up fair and proper investigation in the matter of intentional and willful criminal activities of the offenders such as abuse and criminal intimidation which resulted in the consumption of poisonous insecticide by the victim.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to register a case against the offenders on the basis of the CSR issued in No.25/2015 by the 1st respondent-Police and also on the basis of the statement recorded from the victim at the Government General Hospital, Chennai and on the basis of the further written complaint lodged with the 2nd and 3rd respondent through registered post and take up fair and proper investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.25/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
