This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to investigate the case in Crime No.1 of 2020 on his file and to file a final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law and fix a time frame for completion of trial.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to file a final report in Crime No.1 of 2020.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.2578 of 2021 on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, for the offence under Sections 498(A), 294(b) & 506(ii) IPC r/w 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
