Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Online application of the petitioner dated 17.02.2022 and survey the petitioner's land in S.No.503 to an extent of 15 cents situated at Gummalapuram Village, Denkanikotta Taluk, Krishnagiri District and include the petitioner's name in patta No.454 based on the Order passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.9748/95/B4 dated 27.08.1995. ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the the respondents to consider the Online application of the petitioner dated 17.02.2022 and survey the petitioner's land in S.No.503 to an extent of 15 cents situated at Gummalapuram Village, Denkanikotta Taluk, Krishnagiri District and include the petitioner's name in patta No.454 based on the Order passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.9748/95/B4 dated 27.08.1995.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property has been purchased by the father of the petitioner and after his death, the petitioner has given an online application to the first respondent to survey the petitioner's land and add petitioner's name in the patta No.454. But the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 17.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
