ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register F.I.R., investigate and file the final report on the basis of the complaint dated 23.12.2011 according to law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is alleged by the petitioner that his wife has suppressed her age and got married to him. He has made allegations against the marriage broker, who fixed the marriage.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to give any positive direction to the petitioner as prayed for by him. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the Family Court.
