ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.926 of 2014 before the competent Court of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, a blanket direction to file a final report cannot be given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, if a direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible, with due intimation to the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
