Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.12274 /C3 /2025 dated 02/05/2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to 1/4
