The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure the land by metes and bounds and to issue patta in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.1182/14, measuring to an extent of 6.8 sq.mt. situate in Belarahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District pursuant to the earlier patta No.321 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2013. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that though the petitioner has given his representation as early as on 11.02.2013, the 3rd respondent has not considered the same yet.
3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
