C.M.P.Nos.14459, 16253, 14462 & 14461 of 2021 C.M.P.Nos.14459, 16253, 14462 & 14461 of 2021 in S.A.No.489 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.14459 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the V.S.Bhanumathi, ninth appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.16253 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased second appellant and rank them as appellants 10 to 12 in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.14462 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 and 4 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased ninth appellant and rank them as appellants 13 and 14 in the above Second Appeal.

4. C.M.P.No.14461 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of ninth appellant in the above Second Appeal.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

6. The learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents submitted that he has no objection for ordering these petitions.
