ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the complainant has alleged that some children are playing in the ancestral Temple, belonging to her. It is also seen that when the petitioner objected to the children playing, the children seems to have conveyed the same to their parents for intervening and a scuffle ensued. In this regard, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.327 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. Complaint dated 09.03.2015 does not disclose any cognizable offence for police investigation. Hence, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
