Crl.M.P.No.8418 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.831 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4085 of in Crl.O.P.No.831 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4085 of in Crl.O.P.No.831 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
