ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It appears that the petitioner was assaulted by the opposite party, when he attempted to enter into the temple. The petitioner enclosed the Medical Certificate also. Hence, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expeditiously and register the case in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
