O R D E R
The petitioner who was given permission to supply snacks and tea in the premises of respondent No. 3, has come forward to file this writ petition, seeking separate allotment to run a Bunk Stall in the premises of the respondent No. 3, in pursuance to the representation made on 03.10.2015 to respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 and the Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent No. 2. When https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instruction submitted that the competent Authority to take a decision is the Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai.
3. In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 03.10.2015 of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give another copy of the representation dated 03.10.2015, enclosing a copy of the order passed in this writ petition, to the Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
