Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent's impugned CC bills dated 30.11.2016 insofar as it relates to the levy of Rs.2,18,460/- and Rs.21,000/- under Serial No.10 Excess Energy Charges at Rs.22 per unit and Serial No.11 'Excess Demand Charges at Rs.700 per KVA' respectively and quash the same as

illegal, arbitrary and against the order of the 5th respondent in M.P.No.11 of 2013 dated 19.01.2015 and consequently, direct the 4th respondent to revise and settle the accounts of the petitioner as per the order passed by the 5th respondent in M.P.No.11 of 2013.

ORDER
