(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case based on the complaint dated 31.07.2021 given by the petitioner.
2. It is seen that the complaint is regarding matrimonial dispute and return of jewels and Seethana properties for which, Section 482 Cr.P.C. cannot be invoked.
