These petitions have been filed to set aside the common order dated 06.07.2021 passed by this Court in C.R.P.Nos. 2784 & 2785 of 2018 and restore the same.

2. The petitioner is the first respondent in both the Civil Revision Petitions. These Civil Revision Petitions were taken up for hearing on 06.07.2021 and the same were allowed, thereby setting aside the order passed in I.A.Nos.1111 & 1112 of 2017 in O.S.No. 289 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Poonamallee. On the date of hearing, the counsel for the first respondent was not appeared, for the reason that the counsel Mr.R.Kandasamy was suffering from Lukoplakia infection and he has been taking treatment at the Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai. He had undergone surgery on various dates for the same at Adyar Cancer Institute. He was admitted on 23.09.2020 and discharged on 26.09.2020. To that extent, he also produced the medical records.

3. Considering the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed, accordingly and the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.Nos. 2784 & 2785 of 2018 is hereby recalled. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
