Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.Considering the limited nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 26.06.2019 and 31.01.2020 of the petitioner and dispose the same in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.4018 of 2019 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
