Heard Mr.H.Mohammed Farook, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is to quash the G.O.Ms.No.101, School Education (Budget-1) Department, dated 18.5.2018.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader that a batch of writ petitions have been filed before the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.13687 of 2018,14169 of 2018 and 14261 of 2018, challenging the G.O.Ms.No.101, dated 18.5.2018 and they came to be disposed of with certain observations on 19.06.2018.
4. In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed in the writ petitions would squarely apply to the case on hand.
5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of on the same terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
