This petition has been filed to substitute the respondents 2 to 6 herein as LRs of deceased 1st respondent as respondents 3 to 7 in the main Writ petition in W.P.No.28879 of 2015.

2. Heard learned counsel on either side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
