This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue certified copy of the Settlement Deed dated 11.03.2008 registered as document No.3325 of 2008 by considering the application given by the petitioner in this regard dated 05.04.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that there are some technical issues and hence, there was delay in giving the certified copy of the settlement deed to the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate based on written instructions received from the respondent submitted that the certified copy of the relevant document will be given to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
