ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 8, 9(n), 11(4), 12 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 r/w Section 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.6 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner in this case has been arrested on 08.05.2025.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 21.05.2025 drl "Note:
