Crl.M.P.No.13657 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.13657 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11968 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was observing the condition imposed on the petitioner on 22.06.2023 to appear before the respondent police once in a month. Thereafter, petitioner filed relaxation petition to modify the condition. This Court on 15.09.2023, modified the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required. However, in the order, it was wrongly mentioned as petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., at 10.00.a.m., until further order. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, para (3) in the order copy is replaced as follows: Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

Reistry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh immediately.
