The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that the case has already been settled in lower court by way of compromise and the main suit has been disposed of. He would therefore, contend that nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition and it has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
