In a proposed suit seeking for specific performance, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondent/ defendant before this Court. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the cause of action for the suit arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Learned counsel would further submit that the plaintiff and the defendant had entered into an Agreement of Sale at Chennai of the properties situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and payments have been made by the plaintiff towards the loan account.

3.Upon considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application and prima facie finding that cause of action for this suit has arisen at within the jurisdiction of this Court, A.No.2987 of 2023 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents before this Court.
