This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem, to dispose the case in STC.No.5716 of 2022 within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in STC.No.5716 of 2022 is pending from the year 2022 and the respondent is not co-operating for the disposal of the case. Therefore, this petition.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem, to dispose of the case in STC.No.5716 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
