The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the Crime No.631 of 2015 on the file of the respondent in accordance with the law and file the report within the time frame which may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 28.06.2015. Based on the said complaint, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.631 of 2015 for women missing. But there is no progress in the investigation of the said case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.631 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
