By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

With the grievance that the property situated in Survey No.148/1, Vilappakkam Village, Thiruvallur Circle, Thiruvallur District, which is a patta land of the petitioner, has been wrongly entered as Grama Natham in the revenue records, the petitioner made a representation on 28.05.2015 to the 1st respondent to remove the said entry. Thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though a larger relief has been sought, it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2015 is directed to be disposed of.

Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the pendency of the representation of the petitioner before the 1st respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
